TMDB ScoreOverview
This 1960 educational film presented by Charles Cahill and Associates covers the three bicycle rules of the road: 1.Look and be visible 2. Make turns and lane changes only after signaling 3. Obey all signs and signals. It also features police test footage of cars crashing into bikes at low speeds, to see the damage that can be done when not paying attention to these rules. The film features Schwinn bicycles and it seems likely Schwinn was a sponsor of the production. Not to be confused with the 1976 safety film with the same name from Centron.
